In the grounds of Jokiniemen Matkailu, there is an atmospheric BBQ hut for spending time around an open fire and cooking sausages on it. The BBQ hut has room for around ten people, and our guests can use it free of charge. You’ll find the BBQ hut by heading ashore at the southern end of the tennis court. In wintertime, a path leads to the BBQ hut from the parking lot of Haavi.
- There is firewood ready at the BBQ hut, and you’ll find more in the shed behind it. Thoughtful users can show consideration to those coming after them by filling up the firewood basket.
- There is a campfire coffee pot available at the BBQ hut. Other campfire cookware you can borrow from the reception as necessary.
- Leave the BBQ hut tidy for subsequent users. Responsible outdoor goers take their waste with them. Don’t leave your own belongings at the BBQ hut.
- In summertime, the rowboat and canoe on the shore are available for guests free of charge.
Please note that the BBQ hut features an open fireplace, so your clothes may smell of smoke if you spend time around the fire.
